Where can I find prices for cabins?
Prices of cabins and apartments are in online shop (on Front page or Accommodation page).
Default settings in the cabin search:
Start date for the booking is 3 days from now. If you wish to make a booking which starts today, tomorrow or day after tomorrow, please contact Pyhähippu’s office firstname.lastname@example.org. End date is 7 days from the booking day and number of people is 2 people.
- Choose the start date and end date and number of people and click the magnifying glass “search”.
The booking system will list all cabins and their prices.
- You can search cabins by specific criteria with adding filters on the left.
Each cabin/apartment description page has an online booking calendar where you can check if the cabin is available on chosen dates and see the price.
Why I can’t make a reservation for today?
Accommodation reservations can be made 3 days from today via our online booking system. If you want to make a reservation for today, tomorrow or day after tomorrow please contact us email@example.com or call +358 16 882 820.
Can I change the cabin?
If the customer changes the cabin, this will be considered as a cancellation of the previous reservation and making a new reservation. More information in Booking terms and conditions.
Can I change the dates?
Changing the dates of your accommodation is always separately discussed with Pyhähippu. There will be 20 € transfer cost if the cabin is available on the chosen dates and it’s on the same season. Changing the dates to a different season might affect on the price.
Can I bring a pet with me?
Check if pets are allowed to your accommodation, each cabin has their own policy. If pets are not allowed, you can’t bring a pet. You always have to inform Pyhähippu if you are bringing a pet and pay a pet fee. The fee depends on the number of pets.
I already paid the advance payment, when will you send the final invoice?
If the booking is made online, customer prints or saves the final invoice after the booking is made, since the advance invoice and final invoice are sent in the same e-mail. If the accommodation starts in less than 45 days, there will be only final invoice. If there is more than 45 days to the accommodation to start, the system will send advance invoice and final invoice in the same email. Booking confirmation and the invoice(s) will be sent to customer’s email.
If the booking is made via email or by phone to Pyhähippu, sales person will send a booking confirmation and the invoice(s) to customer’s email.
I can’t find the invoice I received, can I get a new invoice?
Yes, you can get a copy of the invoice by calling +358 16 882 820 or emailing to us firstname.lastname@example.org
I didn’t receive a booking confirmation?
You will receive a booking confirmation to your email after the reservation is made. Remember to check your junkmail.

If I get sick, can I cancel the booking?
Yes you can cancel the booking. Time of cancellation will tell if the payment will be refunded.

Where can I get the keys to the cottage and how will I find the cottage?
The cabin is at client’s use from 16.00 pm on the day of arrival until 12.00 am on the departure day. The key to the cabin has to be picked up from Pyhähippu office, which is located in Kultakeronkatu 4 (in the same building with the grocery store K-Market). When our office is open, key is picked up from inside. If our office is closed or you arrive outside opening hours, key is picked up from our foyer with a door code. Door code is sent automatically via email few days prior to your arrival.
Picking up the key with door code:
There is a number pad on the right side of our front door. Press the door code and the door will open. There is a shelf on the right side of the foyer where you will find envelope. Your key will be inside an envelope with your name and the cabin name on it. Inside the envelope you will find the key and a map to your cabin. The cabin’s address is on the key ring. If you need any help outside the opening hours you can call us +358 40 360 89 83. Extra key can be collected from Pyhähippu’s office during our opening hours.
How many keys will I receive for the cabin?
The customers will be provided with two keys per cabin. If the customer arrives outside opening hours, they will be provided with one key and the other one can be picked up from Pyhähippu’s office the next day.
At what time can I pick up the keys and when should I return them?
The accommodation is at the disposal of the customer from 4 pm (16:00) on the day of arrival until 12 pm (12:00) on the day of departure.
We will arrive at morning, can we check-in already then?
The check-in time is at 4 pm (16:00) at the day of arrival.
My flight/train/bus departs in the evening, is it possible to hold the apartment until that?
The check-out time is at noon (12:00) on the departure day. The customer should leave and return keys before 12:00 to Pyhähippu’s office.
If I have problems in the cabin, where can I find help?
In every cabin there is a cabin folder. In the folder there is general information about the cabins. All complaints about the equipment and condition of the accommodation must be addressed as soon as they arise and during the vacation to Pyhähippu.
The emergency number in Finland is 112.
In case of emergency, you should always call the emergency number!

How can I rent a bike?
You can rent a bike from our online store, or by calling to us +358 16 882 820, by email email@example.com or coming to our office.
How can I rent a baby cot or high chair?
You can rent baby cots and high chairs from us either when you are making an accommodation reservation online or later from our online store, or contacting us by phone +358 16 882 820 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Pick up and return to Pyhähippu’s office.
I forgot linen and towels, can I rent them?
Yes you can. Linen set (sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, face towel, bath towel and bench pad for sauna)

If my accommodation doesn’t have a wifi, can I book it separately?
Yes you can. Book travel wifi from us, price is 45 €/week.
There is lots of snow on the yard of the accommodation, who cleans it?
The owner of the accommodation has usually made a deal with a property management company and they will take care of the snow, according to their own schedule. Pyhähippu can’t affect on the schedule.
There is lots of snow on the road that leads to the accommodation, who cleans it?
Alltime Ltd (+358 16 882 833, duty number +358 50 465 8888) is usually responsible for ploughing the roads that lead to the cabins. Pyhähippu can’t affect on the ploughing schedule.
