The apartment offers a total living area of 46 m² (34 m² + 12 m² loft) and accommodates up to four guests. In the living area, a built-in lounge sofa can easily be converted into a comfortable 140 x 200 cm double bed. Above it is a fixed upper bunk for two guests, while the low loft features two full-size single beds. These versatile sleeping arrangements make the apartment ideal for families.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, cooker, microwave, refrigerator with a small 3-litre freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Guests can also enjoy a private sauna, a cosy fireplace with firewood included, and a TV.
