Näätäharju and Käpälämäki lie north-east and east of the ski resort: close enough to the centre to pop in for dinner, far enough away to hear nothing but the forest at night. The nearest grocery store is in Pyhä centre.

The forest starts at the door

From Näätäharju and Käpälämäki it is about a kilometre to the slopes and the centre, yet the yards are calm and the forest begins right outside the door.

From most cabins a ski track is less than half a kilometre away. Each cabin’s page shows the exact distances.

One of Finland’s oldest national parks

Pyhätunturi National Park was founded back in 1938, and in 2005 it joined Luosto to become Pyhä-Luosto National Park. The highest point of the fell chain is Noitatunturi, at 540 metres.

We have been welcoming visitors to Pyhä since 1988, and our office is right in the centre at Kultakeronkatu 4. Book directly with us and help is in the same place before and during your stay.

The cabin is yours from 4 pm on the day you arrive until noon on the day you leave, and final cleaning is included.

Arriving

Stop by our office for the keys to most cabins. Arriving after hours? Your key will be waiting in an envelope with your name on it in the office entrance hall, and we email you the code for its door. If your cabin has a code lock, the door code appears in your cabin guide from the day before you arrive.
