Cabins in Kantalehto and Sienimaa, Pyhä

Kantalehto and Sienimaa lie in the forest south of the ski resort, away from the bustle of the centre. Mornings can start slowly here, many cabins are a short walk from a ski track, and the slopes are only a few minutes’ drive away. The nearest grocery store is in Pyhä centre.

We have 13 cabins here. The smallest sleeps 5, the largest 8.

The sky puts on the show

In Kantalehto and Sienimaa the lights of the centre are far behind you, and the night sky does the entertaining. On a clear, dark night between autumn and spring the northern lights can appear right above the cabin.

All it takes is a warm coat, a hot drink and a little patience.

Getting around

The slopes and the centre are a few kilometres away, so a car makes life easier. Do the big shop in the centre on your way in, and you will not need to go back until you feel like it.

Book with a local

We have been welcoming visitors to Pyhä since 1988, and our office is right in the centre at Kultakeronkatu 4. Book directly with us and help is in the same place before and during your stay.

The cabin is yours from 4 pm on the day you arrive until noon on the day you leave, and final cleaning is included.

Arriving

Stop by our office for the keys to most cabins. Arriving after hours? Your key will be waiting in an envelope with your name on it in the office entrance hall, and we email you the code for its door. If your cabin has a code lock, the door code appears in your cabin guide from the day before you arrive.
